For monthly plans, Weekly usage guardrails are measured over the current server-reported seven-day window. They limit recent consumption and do not add minutes or reset the monthly balances.

Existing balances remain visible.

Previously purchased shared top-up minutes remain on the account until consumed. A legacy plan-period balance remains governed by the verified account status through its current renewal boundary; the next renewal moves supported plans to the separate Coach and Meeting allowances shown above. Your signed-in account is authoritative for the exact transition.

How allowances, sessions, and renewals work

  • Free Preview: one eligible-account allocation of 20 Coach minutes and 10 Meeting minutes. It does not renew and does not require a card.
  • Separate balances: Coach activity uses Coach time; Meeting activity uses Meeting time. New top-ups are also mode-specific.
  • Usage controls: Monthly plans have separate monthly allowances and separate Weekly usage guardrails; a guardrail does not replenish a monthly balance.
  • AI model multipliers: Agent model choices may report 1×, 2×, or 4× usage. That multiplier applies only to AI actions; transcription time and other non-AI time are not multiplied by the model choice.
  • Continuous sessions: one session can run for up to five hours. Starting another session does not reset a billing-period allowance, Weekly usage guardrail, or add minutes.
  • Renewal and cancellation: Pro Monthly and Pro Max renew every month until canceled. Confirm cancellation in your signed-in billing screen to stop the next charge; access continues through the current paid period.
  • Taxes and refunds: taxes and the final total are confirmed at checkout. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period. A refund-review request under the Refund Policy is not a guarantee of approval.

Choose a plan, add mode-specific minutes, or manage billing from the desktop app's Plan & Usage panel or your web account. Checkout runs on PayPal's hosted, secure pages; cancellation and refund requests begin from your signed-in SteadySay billing screen.
