SteadySay operator

SteadySay is operated from India. Formal legal entity, registered address, tax, and payment processor details are provided before paid checkout is enabled.

The service

SteadySay provides desktop coaching and permitted conversation support using user-provided context, capture features, transcription, and AI-generated suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require email verification, token refresh, or additional checks to protect the service.

Data and service providers

Completed session history is cloud-authoritative and encrypted at rest. The desktop keeps only necessary protected authentication and device settings, a bounded encrypted completed-session pending-write outbox until cloud acknowledgement, and optional device-only meeting recordings where enabled; it does not retain browsable offline history after acknowledgement. SteadySay hosts account, authentication, subscription, usage, synced settings, and knowledge documents. AI and transcription providers process conversation or screen content only when you request a feature that needs it. The Privacy Policy explains exports, deletion controls, provider processing, and retention.

Referrals

SteadySay may assign your account a stable invite code and share link. You may share them only for lawful, non-deceptive invitations. Do not use spam, impersonation, self-referrals, reciprocal referral cycles, misleading reward claims, purchased traffic, or automated account creation.

A referral is recorded only when a signed-in customer explicitly submits a valid code. Once recorded, the referring and referred account relationship is immutable for the life of the referred account and cannot be replaced through the site. The sender can see an aggregate attributed-referral count but not the referred customer’s identity. Contact support@steadysay.com if an attribution appears incorrect.

Attribution does not by itself create a right to a reward. Referral rewards are currently disabled, and no credits, minutes, cash, or other benefits are issued. If SteadySay later activates a reward rule, eligibility and the specific benefit must be confirmed by the server-reported reward status and any additional terms presented with that rule. SteadySay may reject or reverse benefits associated with error, abuse, fraud, prohibited conduct, refunds, or chargebacks where permitted by law.

Referral data is included in the signed-in account export. Referral deletion is not automatic or self-service: it is reviewed through the support-assisted account-deletion process, including whether account links must be removed, de-identified, or retained in limited form for fraud prevention, reward or billing disputes, accounting, and legal duties. Billing and subscriptions

Each eligible new account receives one Free Preview for $0 with 20 Coach minutes and 10 Meeting minutes. The Free Preview is a one-time allocation, requires no card, and does not renew. Coach and Meeting balances are separate.

Pro Monthly costs $29.99 per month with 420 Coach minutes and 180 Meeting minutes, subject to separate Weekly usage guardrails of 120 Coach minutes and 60 Meeting minutes. Pro Max costs $69.99 per month with 1,260 Coach minutes and 540 Meeting minutes, subject to separate Weekly usage guardrails of 360 Coach minutes and 180 Meeting minutes. A Weekly usage guardrail limits recent consumption and does not add minutes or replenish the monthly balance. Weekly Sprint is no longer offered for new checkout; an existing verified Weekly Sprint subscription remains supported until it ends.

Each continuous session can run for up to five hours. Ending at that limit, or starting a new session, does not reset usage or add minutes. New top-ups are one-time, mode-specific purchases: Coach 60 for $9.99, Coach 120 for $16.99, Meeting 120 for $7.99, and Meeting 300 for $14.99. Purchased top-up minutes do not expire and can be used only in their named mode. No new shared top-up is offered.

Previously purchased shared top-up balances remain on the account until consumed. Legacy plan-period balances remain governed by the verified account status through the current renewal boundary. At the next supported renewal, the plan moves to the separate Coach and Meeting allowance contract then shown in the account. The account status is authoritative for the precise migration state.

Agent model options may report a 1×, 2×, or 4× usage multiplier. The multiplier applies only to AI actions performed with that model. It does not multiply transcription time or other non-AI time.

New paid plans are billed through hosted PayPal checkout and renew automatically every month until canceled. Confirm cancellation from the signed-in billing screen to stop the next renewal; paid access continues through the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund that period. Refunds are reviewed only after a separate request. Static prices are stated in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes, currency conversion, and the final total are confirmed at checkout. Taxes, exchange rates, card fees, and bank charges may vary based on your country and the payment provider used at checkout.

Desktop software

The desktop app may require operating system permissions for microphone, screen recording, system audio, notifications, updates, and local file access. You are responsible for installing updates and configuring permissions needed for your selected features.

Acceptable conduct

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use SteadySay to deceive, cheat, bypass assessment rules, violate confidentiality obligations, or assist unlawful conduct.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee professional outcomes, uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or compatibility with every meeting app, operating system configuration, or organization policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, illegal conduct, or violation of these terms. You may begin cancellation of future subscription renewals from your signed-in billing screen. If the billing path is unavailable, contact billing@steadysay.com before the next renewal date.
