Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed uses

• Mock interviews, practice sessions, and interview preparation.
• Permitted live conversations where notes, tools, or AI support are allowed.
• Reviewing your own resume, job description, projects, and talking points.
• Improving answer structure, clarity, concision, and follow-up readiness.

Prohibited uses

• Using the overlay to cheat on an assessment, exam, interview, or hiring process where outside assistance is banned.
• Misrepresenting your skills, experience, identity, credentials, or work history.
• Capturing, uploading, or sharing another person's confidential information without permission.
• Using generated output to harass, discriminate, defraud, impersonate, or violate the law.
• Attempting to bypass usage limits, billing, authentication, or security controls.

Sensitive settings

Some employers, schools, certifications, and interview platforms have explicit rules about AI assistance. If a rule is unclear, ask before using the overlay. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your conversation.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, used to deceive others, or used in violation of this policy or the terms of service.
